This is dating me, but when my oldest 2 boys were young (they are now 20 and 18) they wanted to go as Mario and Luigi for Halloween. I bought their costumes that year, trying to avoid putting the time into making them from scratch, but they insisted they also needed white gloves to complete the look. That’s how this pattern came to be and I’m so happy to share it with you so that your costumes can be complete too, and so that little fingers can be cozy and warm. I used 100% wool because it’s what I had on hand at the time (and it’s super warm) – but keep in mind it’s what I have on hand because I do a lot of felting. If you want these to be an easy wash and wear, feel free to find a washable wool instead so you don’t have gloves that fit a Barbie doll after the first wash!
